By commissioning me, you agree that you have read and accepted the terms bellow.

ᰔ Payment ᰔ

  • Prices are in USD and payments via Paypal.

  • Full payment must be done BEFORE starting to work.

  • Listed prices are not the final price. Serve to send an email/DM for a quote.

  • Once the commission and payment are confirmed, NO refunds are allowed!

  • Payments in two parts are allowed if your commission is over $200 (invoice will have a due date previously agreed)

ᰔ Deadlines & Delivery ᰔ

  • If deadline is required please say it while ordering.

  • Asking for a deadline has a 50% "Depending of the commission type| of total amount fee.

  • Files delivering are via email (email address provided by customer)

ᰔ Turn arround time ᰔ

  • It might take from 2 weeks ~ 5 months to finish a commission. Depends on my workload, commission type and complexity.

  • I am a half time artist. that means i not only work in commissions so please be patient, you can always check my work queue to track your commission. I always update it or ask for wips.

ᰔ Intelectual property right ᰔ

  • Don't claim my artwork as yours.

  • Don't trace, don't remove my signature, resell, edit, copy or repost my artwork without my permission

  • My artwork shouldn't be turned into an NFT

  • My artwork shouldn't be used to feed any sort of AI.

  • I reserve the rights of the artwork.

ᰔ Payment ᰔ

  • Work-in-progress previews will be sent to the contact form provided by the customer to ensure the commission is going as expected.

  • You are allowed of requesting for 3 small changes or 1 significant change on first sketch for free.

  • Additional revisions/changes will be charged.

  • Changes for previously approved stuff won't be accepted unless it is my mistake. If you insist, a fee will be added for every change.

  • Redlines are okay as long as you ask before making it.

ᰔ Privatized artwork ᰔ

I have the right to livestream and upload work-in-progress previews while working on your commission unless you pay for privatize the process. More info

TOS are subject to change without previous notice.
Disrespecting guidelines listed above and/or having inappropriate behavior during commission process will amerite of losing opportunity for future commission requests and a refund will be done with a penalization of 20%. If you do, you will be instantly blacklisted.¨

ᰔ Extra Fees ᰔ

《Deadline / Rush commission》
Asking for a deadline has a 50% of total amount fee.《Private commission

  • ** Private process:** Don't wanna spoil the surprise? I will not upload screenshots showing considerable parts of the illustration process. I'll upload the art on my gallery or socials with watermark in a lower resolution a day after I email you the file. If you need me to wait for a specific date, say it on the form. +$30 ~ $70

  • If you don't want it to be public at all and never be publicly shown, a charge of $100 will be added.

  • Changes/fixes

  • Important: Price will be applied for every change requested individually. Price varies according to the size of the change.

  • ** Small changes:** Color adjustments such as saturation, hue, opacity, etc. +$10

  • ** Significant changes:** +$20 ~ $50

  • Modifications/adjustments to already approved stuff (changing the pose, composition, or any other alterations which involves partial or impartial redrawing of the illustration).

ᰔ Commercial Use ᰔ

  • x2 of total amount: when the artwork is not the bulk of the product (promotional material, digital CD cover, game assets, social media artwork, etc.)

  • x3 of total amount: when the artwork is the bulk of the product (body pillow, postcard, merchandise, etc.)

Does YouTube assets (banner, avatar, using art in videos) count as commercial?
Yes, same for Patreon, Twitch and any ad-supported sites.
